There's a new cookie in town! Say hello to the BLUEBELL! These cookies are as delicious as they are different! Bursting with white chocolate and lemon, they'll make a fun addition to your Easter table! They are inspired by Spring wildflowers and coloured with a tea made from a wildflower -- butterfly pea flower (also known as Blue Matcha). This magical ingredient is blue in alkaline environments and purple in acidic environments, so we had a lot of fun experimenting with it! The cookie dough tastes like normal cookie dough but is deep blue. It's loaded with chunks of white chocolate. The purple dollop on top is white chocolate lemon curd that has also been coloured with the same tea! They are available vegetarian and vegan.
