Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed. We only accept a small number of orders each week so we cannot hold your spot for you without payment. We accept various payment methods (PayPal, debit, credit card etc.) on our website. If you'd prefer to order by email (douzebakery@gmail.com), we also accept email transfers.

Pickup & Delivery
We do not ship orders. We are a contactless bakery with no public storefront. To retrieve your order you can request contactless porch pickup (FREE) at 133 Grange Street in Stratford ON during our pickup timeframes (Fridays 4-6 PM, Saturdays 2-4 PM), porch pickup outside of our pickup timeframes ($10 fee), or contactless delivery ($10 fee) within Stratford on Friday (6-7 PM) or Saturday in our delivery timeframe (2-4 PM). We can discuss your particular pickup/delivery needs by email at douzebakery@gmail.com.
We recommend picking up your order and holding onto the box during your travel home to ensure it remains in pristine condition.
